Usually, when I do yoga at home, I do it alone so I really feel the need of a guide who holds me while inversions:XD (rather in a yoga class, where a teacher is always there to support you). Other, I always worried about my body alignment in poses whether it's correct or not. And the last one, I hurry during a vinyasa to complete up my sequence (as I am little weak to hold pose for a longer period)

Inversions can be tough without guidance, but perhaps part of the solution would be to build strength. You mentioned not feeling strong enough to hold poses for a longer period? Strength helps with inversions, but you can also use the wall or a chair (like in Iyengar Yoga). But at least you're making time for practice! By the way, do you have kids? Just asking since my blog is targeting moms, but dads are also welcome! I try to help people find time to practice yoga amongst the chaos of parenting.
