In some ways, Wall T-stand, or an L-shaped handstand at the wall, is easier than a regular handstand. It is also harder.
Easier because, well, you don’t have to have such precise balance.
Harder because the weight of your legs throws you more towards the wall, so the arms have to be engaged in ways they don’t have to be in a regular handstand.
Tip: press your fingers into the ground to take some weight off your wrists, relax your neck to let your head hang, and sit with your back against the wall beforehand to set the body position in your muscle memory the way they show in this article from DoYouYoga.
